Role and Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to serve as a Financial Analyst whose main task will be to review bills and invoices. The role also involves standard operations support duties:

Process Adherence: Following defined procedures to ensure high quality and customer service.

Issue Management: Following escalation procedures for complex issues and striving for first call resolution.

Documentation: Updating various internal logs like the escalation log and complaint tracker.

Security: Ensuring the data security of proprietary customer data.

Performance: Adhering to the break schedule and actively engaging in motivational activities and implementing feedback for improvement.
Qualification and Work Criteria
This role is specifically tailored for Finance Graduates and has strict eligibility criteria:

Experience: 0 years (Freshers).

Eligible Degrees: B.Com, B.B.A/B.M.S (Any Specialization), M.Com, and MBA/PGDM (Finance).

Ineligible Degrees: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and BE candidates are not eligible to apply.
