Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance? Join Deloitte's Test Management Office (TMO) within the larger ITS QA Group in Hyderabad. We deliver critical testing services to ITS and the wider Deloitte business, focusing on Project Delivery, Test Management, and Operations & Governance.

As an Analyst in the ITS QA Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of major releases and service packs for a Deloitte Member firm. You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with development and business teams to meet demanding testing and release deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and report testing activities for major software releases.

  • Analyze functional requirements, business rules, and processes to ensure effective test coverage.

  • Develop accurate estimations and comprehensive test plans.

  • Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing.

  • Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and retest with development and business users.

  • Monitor and report test metrics, providing status reports to project teams and management.

  • Adapt work schedules, including flexibility outside of core hours (Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM), to align with project testing cycles.

  • Drive a positive and constructive culture while building relationships with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Up to 2.5 years of experience as a dedicated Tester/Test Analyst.

  • Solid knowledge of manual testing techniques and quality assurance processes/methodologies.

  • Experience in an agile delivery environment.

  • Proficiency with source control and test management tools (e.g., Microfocus ALM, JIRA, ServiceNow).

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with GUI test automation (e.g., Katalon Studio).

  • Knowledge of SQL databases.

  • Understanding of AI-based testing tools and methodologies.
