Tech Mahindra is holding a mega walk-in drive for candidates to join their Service Desk (Technical Support, International Voice) team. They are hiring for both Technical Support Associate and Senior Technical Support Associate roles.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position focused on providing L1/L2 Technical Support to international customers primarily through voice calls, though email and chat support may also be involved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to Windows OS (7/8/10), Microsoft Office & O365 (Outlook, Teams), VPN/Citrix/Exchange systems, and basic Hardware & Network issues.

• Service Desk Operations: Utilizing ITSM Tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or HPSM to manage incidents and maintain documentation.

• User Management: Performing basic Active Directory tasks like user management, password resets, and account unlocks.

• Remote Support: Providing remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Antivirus, Patch Management, SCCM, and ITIL Processes is preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Candidates must have 0 to 5 years of experience specifically in International Voice Technical Support.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory for this voice role.

• Education: Graduation is Not Required (UG: Graduation Not Required), but candidates must be Freshers (NO PURSUING) if they have 0 years experience.

• Shift & Location: This is a Work from Office role in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7), including night shifts.

• Joining: Immediate joiners are required.
